White Tea Extract For Making Cosmetics and Shampoo. Enzyme assisted extraction for maximum yield.
We use organic, raw white tea leaves so that our extract retains more of the bioactive properties that make white tea leaves so effective in anti-aging creams and other cosmetics. We use water and glycerin as solvents to ensure that our extracts are 100% natural and contain no dehydrating alcohol. Our multi-stage cold-extraction process keeps the proteins and enzymes fully intact, maximizing their impact.
White tea leaves are harvested at a much earlier stage than green tea leaves. Because white tea leaves undergo less processing, it contains higher levels of antioxidants. Studies show that white tea leaves may help prevent the breakdown of collagen and elastin. The breakdown of collagen and elastin are responsible for many of the visible aging signs on the skin.
